Invite partners
This page explains how to bring partners into your programme and get them tracking — through direct invite links and your public apply link.
The two ways partners join
Every partner joins one specific programme. You have two ways to bring them in:

Both routes enrol the partner into the programme the link belongs to.
Create an invite link
The create-invite action lives on the programme's Invites tab, not on the Partners page:
- Open Programmes and open the programme you want to invite into.
- Go to the Invites tab (
?tab=invites). - Select Create Invite to generate a link.
- Copy the link and share it with your partner however you like — email, chat, or a document.
The invite carries the programme, so you never have to tell the partner which programme to pick. When they redeem the link, Selgeo creates the partner and enrols them.
Share your public apply link
Each programme also has a public apply link — a self-serve application page anyone can reach. Before you have any partners, the Partners page shows a Copy programme link action; use it to copy the link and share it wherever you recruit.
Applicants see your programme name and terms, fill in their details, and submit. Every application lands as pending until you act on it — even someone who applied through the public link does not accrue commission until you approve them.
Approve partners
The Partners page is where applicants and joined partners are listed. Whether you have to act depends on the programme's approval mode:
- Auto — an applicant is approved immediately and gets referral links straight away.
- Manual — applications wait as
pendingfor you to review and approve or reject.
You set approval mode in Programme Settings. Only approved partners accrue commission — a pending applicant's clicks and codes do not earn anything until you approve them.
Manage invites
Back on the Invites tab you can manage links after you have sent them:
- Resend an invite to a partner who lost the link.
- Revoke an invite so the link stops working.
- View redemptions to see who has already joined through each link.
Revoking an invite stops the link from working, but it never removes a partner who already joined through it — their enrolment stands.
What your partner gets
Once approved, a partner gets their own referral links and an earnings view in the partner portal. Point them to the Partner Guide so they know what to expect and how to start sharing links.
