Data Sub-processors
This page mirrors Selgeo's canonical sub-processor register, which is published at selgeo.com/sub-processors. The register is referenced in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that merchants sign.

Merchant sub-processors
Selgeo engages the following sub-processors to process merchant personal data in connection with the Platform services.

Not merchant sub-processors
The following parties are disclosed for transparency, but are not sub-processors that Selgeo engages to process merchant personal data.
Processor-operated infrastructure
Lessly is a deployment and infrastructure-management platform operated by Apliteni OÜ, the Processor itself (registry code 14296961), running on Google Cloud (EU). It is not a separate sub-processor; the underlying cloud provider Google Cloud is listed above.
Payment provider
The Merchant connects their own Stripe account to the Platform using a restricted API key; Stripe acts as the Merchant’s own payment provider under the Merchant’s agreement with Stripe. Separately, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited processes the Merchant’s payment for the Selgeo subscription under Selgeo’s own agreement with Stripe. Stripe is therefore not a sub-processor engaged by Selgeo to process Merchant data.
Controller-role processor
MailerLite Limited (Ireland) processes waitlist e-mail addresses collected on selgeo.com, for which Selgeo (Apliteni OÜ) is the controller. It does not process Merchant personal data and is not a Platform sub-processor. See the Privacy Policy.
